Pastors Jeni and Brian Stivale are both veterans of the entertainment industry. After years working professionally in and out of NYC-they felt God calling them from Broadway, to the “narrow way.” They spent the next several years serving as worship and arts pastors at several mega churches. In 2010, they launched Stivale Ministries and began to travel the world preaching and teaching about the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. During that time they hosted several TV programs, mounted Christian productions in Russia and several parts of the US and were invited by the Israeli Government to install their original production The Kingdom, a rock version of the Passion (the first ever to be told in Israel’s history) in Jerusalem.
In 2011, the Stivales, along with their two sons Gabriel and Benjamin moved to Jerusalem, Israel for two years. During that time, God awakened them to the importance and power of understanding our Hebrew roots as believers in Jesus Christ. They were made Good Will Ambassadors to the State of Israel and returned to America in 2013 to awaken the American church to the richness and legacy we have in the Hebraic history of our faith.
They also returned with the knowledge and calling that God wanted them to start a church in the Los Angeles area. So in 2016 they launched Big Picture Hollywood, a Bible Study and fellowship group for artists in the Hollywood community. The study grew but they knew they weren’t fully walking out what God called them to. That’s when they made the choice to say YES and launched King of Kings Community Los Angeles .
In addition to pastoring, Brian is a professional voice actor with hundreds of credits including TV shows, radio and a plethora of video games.
Jeni is a sought after public speaker and author. She recently released her first book “Jesus Was a Liberal: Loving, Giving and Living Life More Abundantly.” She is currently working on her second book, Cultural Christianity.
They reside in Southern California with their two sons Gabriel and Ben and their furry babies.
